The people that know me/us well (my husband and I) also know that out of the two, I’m probably the most outwardly spiritual. Cliff is simply not as verbal as I am. But the truth is that over the last 4 years, I’ve witnessed my husband expand to a whole new level of owning himself, owning his health, his thoughts and his life in a way that is very inspiring to me.
It all started with a conscious intention of connecting more deeply with his inner self., by creating time every morning to be with himself and remember who he really is. One of his most recent favorite spiritual routines is journaling. It allows him to process his feelings in a more conscious way, and has created a way to receive insights about the very subjects that matter to him the most.
So, to me it was not surprising at all when I read this prayer, affirmation, conversation with the Universe that he wrote yesterday morning as part of his normal journaling. I’ve asked his permission to share it with you, because I felt enormous empowerment, peace, love when I read it, and felt that you too would enjoy it.

To you, of you, with you – the universe of infinite possibility and good orderly direction, I offer my gratitude for this moment and the unique means with which I am equipped to experience it.
I cherish the ever-expanding love that surrounds me and all the creative beings with whom I get to share and enjoy it.
I am learning to acknowledge and expand my creativity, always striving to express it more fully, with less judgement and fewer self-imposed limitations, while giving the expression and expansion of it my highest priority.
I believe in your abundance, grace and perfect timing, and entrust my wellbeing will always be best served by dreaming my biggest dreams and acting upon my highest inspirations infused with my greatest enthusiasm, without condition nor dependency.
I pour myself into you knowing that there is no end and no beginning, but rather infinite points of view through which I choose to express myself and revel in the experience of doing so.
It is my deepest desire to continually create newer and greater versions of myself, expand my imagination beyond every perceived horizon and grow stronger, deeper and more plentiful relationships with all the loving beings I encounter.
